Your return claim will be processed within days, and you must submit your claims within 7 days of receipt of your goods.

General Refund, Return and Change of Mind Policy

We do not refund for change of mind or incorrect size choice.

Once an order is placed and paid for this shall be considered final and no variations are possible thereafter.

Credit will not be applied, nor a refund offered after purchase if you have not redeemed any credit, voucher, code or otherwise at the checkout/point of purchase.

Administrative fees will apply to any changes that may need to be made to your order for any error made in selection, changes to delivery address and/or any special requests made after purchase.

Our promotional periods are final. No credits can be extended nor applied should your purchase fall outside the stated promotional period(s).

General Shipping Terms.

Your shipping charge includes full insurance for anything lost or damaged in transit. To make a claim, simply fill in the forms provided under our Returns area.

Please ensure you retain the original packaging and it is essential that you repack goods in order for their collection.

Unpacked goods without any kind of packaging material cannot be collected and may therefore void any claim.

Once your claim is accepted, our team can organize the replacement item(s) as soon as possible and without any additional cost.

Deliveries occur Monday through Friday during normal business hours only.

Due to the size of the items you have purchased on this website, we can only ship to a street address for all deliveries and same for any return collections.

Upon receipt of your returned item, you may choose to either have a replacement item made or receive a credit to your account in lieu of a refund for future purchases.

Where damage has occurred or products are faulty, you are entitled to a full refund.

Refunds will be processed in approximately 7 days after goods have been returned to us and shall be paid using the same denomination, currency and payment method as when you first made your purchase.

If, upon examination of the goods returned, we find that the returned items are neither defective nor damaged, your claim will be void and you may be charged a fee for the return cost, examination of the goods, and any costs incurred to return the goods back to you.

United Interiors complies with the prevailing Consumer Laws in countries where it offers its goods for sale and your rights under such laws shall not be excluded, restricted or modified by any terms on this website.
