Refunds, exchanges and/or credits can only issue once your goods have been returned and checked at our facility.
Our hand painted artworks are individually hand painted, and therefore not every artwork can be exactly the same or an exact replica of the image. A tolerance of up to 10% in variation must be accepted for this reason. We do not refund for variations that fall within this parameter.
We do not refund for change of mind or incorrect size choice. Additionally once you place and pay for an order, this shall be considered final and no variations are possible thereafter. Our promotional periods are final. No credits can be extended nor applied should your purchase fall outside the stated promotional period.

If your item is defective or damaged in any way, you are entitled to receive a new item or a full refund .
We will arrange for an exchange or refund upon return of any defective or damaged item provided you raise such claim within 7 days of accepting delivery.

If, however, upon examination of the goods returned, we find that the returned items are neither defective nor damaged, you may be charged a fee for the return cost, examination of the goods, and any costs incurred to return the goods back to you.
