We will safely package and deliver all items purchased just as they are displayed and described on our website. If your item is however damaged or defective,  you are entitled to receive a new item or a full refund.

You must make a claim within 7 days of receipt of your item to qualify for an exchange, credit or refund. For all such claims, simply fill out the form provided here.

We do not refund for change of mind or incorrect size choice. Additionally once you place and pay for an order, this shall be considered final and no variations are possible thereafter.

Please ensure you retain the original packaging and it is essential that you repack goods in order for their collection. Unpacked goods without any kind of packaging material cannot be collected and may therefore void any claim.

Once your claim is accepted our team can organise the replacement item(s) as soon as possible.

Deliveries and pick ups occur Monday to Friday during normal business hours only.

We will accept only a street address for any pick up or delivery.

Upon receipt of your returned item, you may choose a replacement or a credit to your account. Where damage has occurred or products are faulty, you are entitled to request a full refund.

Refunds are processed in approximately 7 days after goods have been returned to us and are paid using the same denomination, currency and payment method as when you first made your purchase.
