Shipping And Lead Times

Standard shipping on Prints is business 28 days, for hand painted artworks please allow 4 – 6 weeks

Paintings

Our paintings are 100% genuine hand painted and feature professional quality oils and acrylics onto linen/cotton blend canvasses. All paintings are stretched and ready to hang using sustainably sourced, and environmentally safe timber and timber composite materials approximately 1.5 inches (3.5 cm) thick.

As each painting is individually handcrafted to your specific size and orientation, not all paintings can be exactly the same and therefore an acceptable degree of variation should be expected.

Why not get that ‘gallery’ look by adding a floating frame made of a durable composite material in either natural oak effect, black or satin white finishes. Floating frame molds are approximately 2 inches (5 cm deep) with a .25 inch (1cm) face reveal.

Our lead times for hand painted art can take up to 4 – 6 weeks but this is only approximate due to the hand made element.

All paintings are stretched and framed in Australia and are wired ready to hang.

Canvas Prints

Our canvas prints are created with the latest digital print technologies that are environmentally safe and odor free. The archival grade of inks we use produces a sharp and vibrant transformation onto a durable cotton blend canvas that is also scratch resistant.

All canvas prints are stretched and ready to hang using sustainably sourced, and environmentally safe timber and timber composite materials approximately 1.5 inches (3.5 cm) thick.

Framed Prints

Our framed prints are created with the latest digital print technologies that are environmentally safe and odour free. Printed on high quality archival paper, the paper is framed by a card matboard and set under acrylic glass.

All framed prints are surrounded by a contemporary frame approximately 3.5cm deep with a 1cm surface reveal which are available in natural oak coloured wood or either a black or white satin finish made from composite materials.

Please note the finished sizes listed here are the outer measurements of the frame.

Rugs

Our rug collections are curated specifically with the latest colour-ways and textures in mind. These collections are largely hand made and are made of natural and/or recycled materials.

We ensure that we partner only with accredited and socially responsible rug makers that respect both the environment and the very many people employed to painstakingly create a truly handcrafted piece for your floor.

All care and warranty information is provided with each rug purchased.
Shipping is 1 – 2 weeks but this lead time can only be approximate.

Checkout

What happens if I miss out on using a BONUS code or forget to enter it at the checkout.
These codes are an added bonus to your purchase and the amount will be deducted at the checkout prior to payment once the code is entered. Once online payment is processed this is automatic and the price is final.
Therefore if you do not use the code the sale is already processed and a refund will not be offered.
